Our Company History
Hörauf was founded in 1938 near Stuttgart, Germany. Ever since, Hörauf has been designing and building
high-quality machinery for the paper processing industry. In the beginning, Hörauf produced machines for manufacturing
matchboxes and cigarette packets. Today, the company is focused on high-end equipment for the graphic
and packaging industries.
For more than 65 years, Hörauf has been producing highly dynamic machinery, which require precise and complex motions.
They are truly feats of engineering. Hörauf equipment sets the industry's standards for durability, reliability
and robustness.
North American Equipment Sales & Support
To ensure
quick delivery of spare parts, Hörauf America keeps a stock of common spares in the U.S. office for immediate shipment.
In addition, we receive consolidated weekly air freight shipments from Germany. Finally, direct air freight shipments
are available from Germany to deliver emergency spares overnight. Our direct electronic access to the inventory
stock room in Germany allows us to see what is in stock in Germany in real-time.
